  Researcher on immigration and refugee assistance, who has authored a booklet on refugee aid.
17:30-18:30 Mr Yuta Suzuki (Hokkaido University of Education at Sapporo) & JICA staff
  He was a Japan Overseas Cooperation Volunteer, assisting residents and refugees in Syria and Jordan.
18:30-19:20 Mr Assi Alghazali
  A Syrian fleeing from Syrian crisis in 2014, who now lives in Sapporo.

  She worked for JICA and the United Nations Development Program, and now lives in Turkey, assisting refugees in Middle East.

  He is a specialist of developmental aid. He was an officer who worked with Sadako Ogata, the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR).

Monday 16 October:

 As a researcher of Ukrainian politics and economics, he will tell us the current situation, conflict and refugee problem in Ukraine.
